In kibera, the lack of security and unemployment has been a major inhibition to the conduct of daily chores in life and daily economic or livelihood activities. Vices such as burglary, thefts, mugging, brake-ins, murder, rape etc., are rampant in this area. K.R.T.C was faced with the challenge of creating employment to its youth, protecting the organizations property and also offering security to local small business owners. in response to this issue of insecurity and unemployment krtc youth involved in the security back-up to local authorities formed a security company, Amulucha security company limited to create employment, protect property and to help them take effective participation in complementing government efforts towards achieving this goal – providing security to the locals. on 10 th . February 2021, was registered under the company act, 2015 as a private limited company under registration certificate number, pvt-9xud32r.
Amulucha security company guards are well experienced; they have good knowledge of Nairobi and great relationship with the local administration. krtc has done two significant shopping’s for them
making them well equipped and competent to handle current security challenges.
